1688 Dropshipping and Multi-SKU Bulk Shipping from China

ZQ Solution is the customer-facing brand of Hong Kong-registered ZQ Technology Co., Limited and a professional 1688 dropshipping agent. It provides sourcing, quality inspection, repacking, order fulfillment, multi-supplier consolidation, freight preparation, overseas warehousing and 3PL services for cross-border e-commerce sellers. ZQ Solution supports two fulfillment models. Dropshipping handles individual customer orders. Bulk Ship combines products from multiple suppliers and SKUs into one outbound shipment and supports small-batch, heavy, oversized and irregular cargo, including furniture.

ZQ Dropshipping is the dropshipping service and fulfillment system offered under the ZQ Solution brand. 1688 Dropshipping Pro is ZQ Solution's Chrome extension for importing 1688 products and submitting purchasing requests through ZQ's authorized 1688 API workflow.

1688.com is Alibaba Group's wholesale marketplace for buyers in China — it's the same factory-direct source many AliExpress sellers resell from, just without the markup.

Prices are typically much lower, since most AliExpress listings are themselves resold from 1688 at a markup. The tradeoff is a Chinese-only interface, which our Chrome extension and sourcing team handle for you.

ZQ Solution does not publish a fixed per-carton inbound fee for its China warehouse. Inbound work is quoted according to the number of cartons, number of SKUs, weight and whether counting, quality inspection, labeling or other handling is required.

Storage terms depend on the written quotation. ZQ's latest Delft quotation can include one month of rent-free storage for the inventory and start date stated in that quote; inbound handling, order processing, delivery, returns, materials and optional work remain chargeable.

ZQ uses a prepaid wallet funded via PayPal or bank transfer, so product and shipping costs are deducted automatically as orders come in.

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace follow that marketplace's rules, the product listing, supplier terms and product condition; ZQ Solution does not replace them with a separate procurement return window. On 1688, many eligible products use the warehouse receipt date as the start of a 7-day no-reason return window. Korean and other marketplaces may use different deadlines. Supplier approval and return freight or other costs can still apply. International orders fulfilled and shipped through ZQ Solution have a 30-day after-sales request window from delivery. The available refund, reshipment or other resolution and any related cost depend on responsibility, supporting evidence, product condition and logistics cost. Physical international returns are generally not supported.

Support coverage depends on the account level: Enterprise accounts receive 24/7 coverage; Advanced accounts have a dedicated service group generally staffed from 08:00 to 24:00 China Standard Time; Basic account requests are handled by the online support team within 24 hours.

The Basic account plan is free. Advanced ($29.90/month) adds more stores and a lower 1688 purchase service fee; Enterprise ($299/month) removes the 1688 purchase service fee. These optional account plans are separate from fulfillment charges.

China fulfillment has no minimum monthly spend. Optional account subscriptions and charges for actual orders or requested services are separate.

1688 purchase service fees are 7% for Basic accounts, 3% for Advanced accounts and 0% for Enterprise accounts. China-warehouse fulfillment handling is US$1 per parcel for up to four products; each additional block of up to four products adds US$1. Branded packing work adds US$0.50 per parcel, while custom bags, cartons, cards, labels and other materials are charged separately. International shipping, product purchasing, China domestic freight, paid quality inspection, special packaging, duties and taxes are not included in the US$1 handling fee.

The fee is US$1 per parcel for one to four products, US$2 for five to eight products, US$3 for nine to twelve products, and so on in additional blocks of up to four products.

Applying branded packaging costs US$0.50 per parcel. The physical materials—such as a custom bag, carton, card or label—are charged separately, as are any other special packing requirements.
