China Freight Forwarder
The US $800 de minimis exemption is gone, and as of July 1, 2026 the EU has ended its own €150 exemption too — low-value parcels now carry a flat €3 customs duty per item. Both changes make per-order dropshipping costlier and pre-stocking overseas the smarter move: receive small batches from multiple suppliers in our China warehouse, then inspect, label, consolidate and prepare accurate carton data before partner-operated shipping to Amazon FBA, your warehouse or a third-party 3PL.

What is 1688.com, and how is it different from AliExpress?+
1688.com is Alibaba Group's wholesale marketplace for buyers in China — it's the same factory-direct source many AliExpress sellers resell from, just without the markup.
Why source through 1688 instead of AliExpress?+
Prices are typically much lower, since most AliExpress listings are themselves resold from 1688 at a markup. The tradeoff is a Chinese-only interface, which our Chrome extension and sourcing team handle for you.

Do I need a business license to start dropshipping?+
Most sellers launch and test products as a sole proprietorship first; forming an LLC becomes worthwhile once sales are consistent, mainly for asset protection and payment-gateway access. Check with a local tax professional for your situation — ZQ provides invoices you can use for tax and business verification either way.
How is dropshipping different from affiliate marketing?+
With affiliate marketing you promote someone else's product for a small commission and don't handle customer service. With dropshipping you run your own store and keep the full margin — ZQ handles fulfillment behind the scenes so that margin stays yours.
Is there a subscription fee to use ZQ?+
No — ZQ runs on a free-forever Basic plan (1 store, auto-fulfillment, Chrome extension). Advanced ($29.90/mo) adds more stores and lower service fees; Enterprise ($299/mo) removes purchase service fees entirely for high-volume sellers.
What happens automatically after a customer places an order?+
The order syncs to your ZQ dashboard instantly. Once you pay (or set up auto-pay), we purchase, quality-check, pack and ship the item, then push the tracking number back to your store automatically.
Can I source from 1688 without a 1688 account or reading Chinese?+
Yes. Our free 1688 Dropshipping Pro Chrome extension lets you browse, search and import 1688 products in English without ever needing your own 1688 account.
What service fee do you charge on product purchases?+
7% for Basic accounts, 5% for Advanced, and 0% for Enterprise — charged only on the product cost, on top of a flat $1 fulfillment fee per order.
Can you ship without Chinese invoices or branding showing?+
Yes — this is sometimes called blind dropshipping. We strip factory invoices, Chinese text and pricing info from packages so customers only see your brand.
What packaging and private-label options do you offer?+
Mailer bags, boxes, thank-you cards, hang tags and custom labels, all with your logo and low minimum order quantities — talk to your account manager for a quote.
Do you support Print-on-Demand (POD)?+
Yes. Send your artwork to your account manager and we handle printing, packing and shipping per order through our POD equipment and supplier network — no inventory required.
How long does order processing and shipping take?+
Dropshipping orders (no stock on hand) typically ship within 4-6 business days of payment; orders from your own stored inventory ship within 24 hours.
Are there restrictions on what products can be shipped?+
Yes — items like batteries, knives, powders and replica goods need special handling, and some products (e.g. e-cigarettes, liquids, firearms) can't be shipped to certain destinations like the US at all.
Do you offer product photography?+
Yes — basic white-background photos start around $15/product, with bulk discounts for 10+ products.
Can I return unsold or damaged inventory?+
Yes, currently through our US warehouse only. Return shipping and a small $1-3/unit restocking fee apply; other regions don't yet support returns.
When can I get a refund?+
Refunds apply to unsold stock still in our warehouse, items damaged or lost after shipment, and approved customer-initiated returns.
