What information is needed for a shipping estimate?
Use the parcel's final packed weight for small-parcel shipping. For bulk freight, enter packed carton dimensions and gross weight rather than product-page measurements or an unpacked factory weight.

Each result shows an eligible route, expected transit range and customer-facing estimated amount in USD. Small-parcel results present one combined total without a separate kilogram rate or logistics operation fee, and exclude ZQ's fulfillment service fee. No ZQ service fee is added to Bulk Ship results.

How do volume and chargeable weight affect bulk shipping cost?
Sea freight commonly uses shipment volume, while air freight compares actual weight with volumetric weight. Large but light cartons can therefore cost more than their scale weight suggests.

What is the maximum weight for the small-parcel calculator?+
The connected online small-parcel calculator supports one packed parcel from 0.1 kg to 5 kg. For shipments over 5 kg, compare the Bulk Ship options or ask ZQ Solution to review the shipment.
What currency does the shipping calculator display?+
Every customer-facing amount is displayed in US dollars (USD). Small-parcel results show one final estimate without separating the kilogram rate and logistics operation fee. Bulk Ship results are displayed in USD without a ZQ service fee added.
Are the small-parcel routes DDP?+
Yes. The small-parcel tab is for ZQ Solution's connected DDP small-parcel lines. Each result presents one combined customer-facing estimate instead of separate pricing components. The separate ZQ Solution service fee is not added to that total.
Does the small-parcel result include the ZQ Solution service fee?+
No. The ZQ Solution service fee is US$1 per parcel for up to four products. Branded packing adds US$0.50 per parcel. These charges are separate from the logistics operation or handling fees included in a carrier's returned rate.
Which small-parcel goods types can I calculate?+
The calculator checks general goods, products containing batteries, pure batteries, liquids and cosmetics, clothing and textiles, sensitive goods, health products, and oversized parcels. Choose the most accurate type because route availability varies by cargo.
Does the bulk shipping estimate include duties and import taxes?+
Not by default. The calculator returns an estimated transport amount in USD and does not add a ZQ service fee. Duties, import taxes, customs-related charges and special handling are excluded unless a returned route explicitly states that they are included.
How accurate is the bulk shipping estimate from China?+
The calculator uses connected ZQ rate data and the carton information entered by the visitor. ZQ confirms the final charge after measuring the packed cartons and checking the destination, cargo attributes and route eligibility.
Can the calculator estimate shipping to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. Select Amazon FBA or warehouse as the delivery destination and enter the warehouse code. ZQ can prepare carton data and apply the seller-provided FBA box labels before dispatch to the assigned warehouse.
What is CBM in bulk shipping?+
CBM means cubic metres. For one carton, CBM is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 1,000,000. Multiply the result by the carton quantity to calculate the shipment volume.
Can batteries, liquids, textiles or branded goods use the calculator?+
Yes, but every applicable cargo attribute must be selected. Restricted cargo can reduce the available routes and may require supporting documents, specialist handling or manual review.
Do I need to register before calculating bulk shipping?+
No. Visitors can calculate an estimate without logging in. Registration is needed when the customer wants ZQ to receive inventory, prepare the shipment or create a shipping order.
Why might the calculator return no eligible bulk route?+
A route may be unavailable because of the destination, postal or warehouse code, carton size, cargo attributes or missing rate coverage. Correct the shipment details or ask ZQ Solution to review the shipment manually.
