One Fulfillment Pipeline, Every Platform You Sell On
ZQ doesn't treat any platform differently — the same sourcing, inventory sync, order routing and tracking pipeline connects to wherever you sell. Here's how it works on each one.
What Is ZQ Solution's Platform Integration?
ZQ Solution's platform integration is the same four-step pipeline — Import, Sync, Route, Track — connected natively to every store a seller runs, so products, stock and orders never need to be re-entered by hand on a second channel. ZQ Solution is the customer-facing brand of Hong Kong-registered ZQ Technology Co., Limited and a professional 1688 dropshipping agent. It provides sourcing, quality inspection, repacking, order fulfillment, multi-supplier consolidation, freight preparation, overseas warehousing and 3PL services for cross-border e-commerce sellers. Platform integration is how that underlying, full-chain service — Sourcing, Purchase, Rebranding, Inspection, Shipping & Overseas Warehousing, and Fulfillment — reaches wherever a seller already has a storefront.
ZQ Solution supports two fulfillment models. Dropshipping handles individual customer orders. Bulk Ship combines products from multiple suppliers and SKUs into one outbound shipment and supports small-batch, heavy, oversized and irregular cargo, including furniture.
That distinction matters: Import, Sync, Route and Track describe the software layer connecting a storefront to ZQ's system, while sourcing, quality inspection and warehousing are the physical work happening behind every order, regardless of which of the 6+ supported platforms it came from.
The Same Pipeline, Every Time
The same pipeline works across every platform because Import, Sync, Route and Track run centrally in ZQ's system rather than being rebuilt per storefront: a product imported once can sync to all 6+ supported platforms at once, and every order — regardless of which of those platforms it came from — routes automatically to sourcing and fulfillment, then reports tracking back to that same order. That's what lets adding a new channel skip learning a new workflow.
Import
Products land in your catalog with images, variants and pricing ready to publish.
Sync
Stock and price changes update across every connected channel automatically.
Route
Every order is sent to the right supplier or warehouse the moment it comes in.
Track
Tracking numbers sync back to the order automatically, and returns are handled for you.
Platform Reach by the Numbers
A few numbers make the scale of that shared pipeline concrete.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay and Shopee — per ZQ Solution's homepage stats bar and Services pages.
1688, Taobao, Weidian, Alibaba and more — per ZQ Solution's Product Sourcing page.
Reached once an order routes through any connected platform — per ZQ Solution's homepage stats bar.
Worldwide — per ZQ Solution's About page.
Enterprise has 24/7 coverage; Advanced is generally staffed 08:00-24:00 China Standard Time.
Behind those numbers: international orders fulfilled and shipped through this pipeline have a 30-day after-sales request window from delivery. Support coverage depends on the account level: Enterprise receives 24/7 coverage, Advanced has a dedicated group generally staffed from 08:00 to 24:00 China Standard Time, and Basic requests are handled within 24 hours.
How ZQ's Full-Chain Model Compares to a Single-Point Tool
ZQ's model compares to a single-point tool by covering every link in the chain — Sourcing → Purchase → Rebranding → Inspection → Shipping & Overseas Warehousing → Fulfillment — under one team and one dashboard, instead of solving just one of those links and leaving the rest to the seller or another vendor. A platform sync feature, a warehousing-only 3PL, or a sourcing plugin can each do their one job well; ZQ Solution is built to be the layer that connects all of them so a seller isn't stitching several different vendors together to ship one order.
| Dimension | ZQ's Full-Chain Model | A Single-Point Tool |
|---|---|---|
| Positioning | Professional 1688 dropshipping agent plus multi-SKU Bulk Ship | One link in the chain — a sync feature, a warehouse, or a sourcing plugin |
| Chain segments covered | Sourcing → Purchase → Rebranding → Inspection → Shipping & Overseas Warehousing → Fulfillment, under one team | Typically 1 of those 6 segments; the rest is left to you or another vendor |
| Sourcing | 40+ China marketplaces (1688, Taobao, Weidian, Alibaba) at factory-direct prices | Often a single marketplace or a pre-built catalog |
| Quality inspection | Every 1688 supplier re-inspected in-house, item scored with photo/video evidence | Usually none — inspection, if any, is on the seller |
| Branding & packaging | Branded Packaging plan auto-applies custom packaging to every order | Rarely offered; plain, generic packaging by default |
| Warehousing | Own overseas warehouses in the US and EU (Netherlands), single point of contact | Either no warehousing, or warehousing sold as a separate, unconnected service |
| Platform integration | Native Import → Sync → Route → Track pipeline to 6+ platforms at once | Often a manual export/import or a single-channel plugin |
| Order routing | Automatic, per order, across every connected channel | Usually manual selection or store-by-store setup |
Where a Single-Point Tool Might Suit You Better
ZQ's full-chain model isn't the right fit for every seller. Large and mid-size brands that already run their own inventory, private-label manufacturing and self-built warehousing and last-mile network typically don't need a sourcing-to-fulfillment agent layered on top of infrastructure they've already built. Retailers who sell only within one country and never touch China sourcing or cross-border shipping won't use most of what the pipeline does either. And sellers who genuinely need just one link in the chain — warehousing space for inventory they've already sourced elsewhere, or a plugin that only imports listings — are often better served by a tool built narrowly for that one job than by a full-chain agent.
How to Start Selling Through ZQ on Any Platform
Getting a store connected follows the same four stages as the pipeline itself, whether that store has years of order history or hasn't shipped its first order yet.
Register & connect your store
Create a free account on the ZQ system and link Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay or Shopee — connecting more than one doesn't require a separate setup for each.
Import your first products
Use one-click import or the free Chrome extension to pull 1688 listings — translated, priced and photo-ready — straight into your connected store's catalog.
Let Sync take over
Once a product is imported, its stock and price stay synced to every platform it's listed on automatically, so nothing needs re-checking by hand.
Orders Route on their own
As orders come in from any connected channel, they route automatically to sourcing, quality inspection and — on the Branded Packaging plan — custom packaging, with no manual order entry.
Track ships back to you
Tracking numbers sync back to the original order as soon as a shipment moves. International orders fulfilled and shipped through ZQ have a 30-day after-sales request window from delivery.
Platforms We Connect To
Shopify
Hosted platform
The most common storefront among ZQ sellers — full store customization plus every fulfillment feature you'd expect. Product import, live inventory sync, automatic order routing and tracking all connect straight to your Shopify catalog and orders.
Discuss Shopify fulfillment →WooCommerce
Self-hosted (WordPress)
For sellers running a self-hosted WordPress store instead of a hosted platform. Same core pipeline as Shopify — product import, inventory sync, automated order routing and tracking — built to work with your own site.
Discuss WooCommerce fulfillment →Etsy
Marketplace
A marketplace built around handmade, vintage and craft-style listings. Products and orders connect through the same pipeline as every other channel, so fulfillment stays hands-off even on a marketplace with its own distinct audience and listing style.
Discuss Etsy fulfillment →TikTok Shop
Social commerce
Social commerce, where a single viral video can spike demand overnight. Real-time inventory sync and automatic order routing mean a sudden wave of orders gets fulfilled without scrambling to restock or process orders by hand.
Discuss TikTok Shop fulfillment →eBay
Marketplace
An auction-and-marketplace platform where buyers expect fast, reliable shipping and accurate listings. Orders route and ship the same way as every other channel, with tracking synced back automatically to help keep your seller metrics healthy.
Discuss eBay fulfillment →Shopee
Marketplace (SEA)
A leading marketplace across Southeast Asia. The same product import, inventory sync, order routing and tracking pipeline extends to reach Shopee's SEA buyer base without a separate fulfillment workflow.

Does ZQ Solution work differently depending on which platform I sell on?+
No — the same Import, Sync, Route and Track pipeline runs underneath every connected platform, so Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay and Shopee all get the same sourcing, inspection and fulfillment behind them.
Can I connect more than one platform at the same time?+
Yes — a product imported once can sync to every platform you've connected at once, and orders from any of them route through the same fulfillment pipeline without a separate setup per channel.
Do I need my own 1688 account to import products into my store?+
No — the free Chrome extension and one-click import let you browse and import 1688 and Taobao listings into your connected store without ever creating your own 1688 account.
What happens if the platform I sell on isn't one of the six listed?+
It isn't connected yet — ZQ Solution currently integrates natively with Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay and Shopee, so a channel outside that list falls outside this pipeline for now.
Does inventory stay accurate across every platform automatically?+
Yes — stock and price changes sync across every connected platform automatically as part of the Sync stage, which is what prevents overselling when one product is listed on more than one channel.
