Two Overseas Warehouses for Regional Fulfillment
Delft supports Dutch domestic and intra-European carrier services. Ontario supports US fulfillment. Delivery price and transit time still depend on the destination, carrier, parcel size and service zone.
Ontario, California Warehouse
Receive inventory sent from China or Korea, fulfill US orders, and handle returns or approved physical rework. ZQ does not provide US local purchasing through this warehouse.
Delft, Netherlands Warehouse
Receive bulk inventory for Dutch and intra-European fulfillment. The current carrier schedules list the Netherlands and 24 other EU countries, with destination and remote-area conditions.

How Inventory Moves From China to Delft
ZQ manages the purchasing, warehouse preparation and fulfillment work it performs. International transport, import clearance, DDP and tax handling are performed by logistics partners according to the selected route and the buyer’s qualifications. Tax-inclusive routes are available where offered.

Logistics partners handle transport, clearance and any tax-inclusive route. The importer setup depends on the buyer and route; ZQ is not a customs broker.

Pick, pack and hand orders to the selected carrier, then return tracking to the connected platform.
Use Direct Shipping and Overseas Stock Together
Keep test products and long-tail SKUs on direct shipping. Move products with stable demand to an overseas warehouse in controlled batches. This hybrid setup limits inventory exposure while giving proven products a regional fulfillment route.
Delft Dispatch Cut-Off and Peak-Season SLA
During regular periods, standard orders pushed before 12:00 local European time can dispatch the same working day when inventory, labels and instructions are complete. Peak periods add 24 hours of warehouse processing time; the order cut-off does not change. Carrier transit starts after handoff.
