Do Overseas Buyers Need Their Own 1688 Account to Use ZQ?
No. A customer who purchases 1688 products through ZQ Solution does not need to create a personal 1688 account, open an Alipay account or pay the supplier separately. ZQ is an authorized 1688 API partner. The customer submits the product and pays ZQ; ZQ places and pays for the corresponding supplier order through the official API workflow.

What happens instead of opening a personal 1688 account?
- Choose the product. Import an available 1688 listing with ZQ's 1688 Dropshipping Pro extension or provide the product link and required variant.
- Confirm the purchase details. Check the exact SKU, quantity, supplier product amount, MOQ and domestic freight to ZQ's Shenzhen warehouse.
- Pay ZQ. The customer funds the order through the ZQ account rather than paying again inside 1688.
- ZQ purchases through the official API. ZQ sends the purchase order and pays the 1688 supplier.
- The supplier ships within China. ZQ receives the goods in Shenzhen, matches them to the order and performs the selected receiving or QC step.
- Choose fulfillment. The goods can enter Dropship inventory, Bulk Ship inventory or another approved outbound workflow.
This workflow removes the need for the customer to maintain a separate 1688 payment account. It does not remove the need to verify the product, supplier terms, shipping eligibility or destination compliance.
Can an overseas buyer still browse 1688 directly?
Browsing a listing and completing a ZQ-assisted purchase are different actions. A seller may use 1688 pages for product research, but a page can require sign-in, change its interface or become unavailable. ZQ does not promise that every visitor can register or that every 1688 page will remain accessible from every location.

Does ZQ create an individual 1688 account for the customer?
No individual 1688 account is required or created as part of the ZQ workflow. The order is placed through ZQ's authorized API process. The customer retains the ZQ order and warehouse records needed to manage purchasing, receiving and fulfillment.
Can the customer use an existing supplier?
Yes. For ZQ-assisted 1688 purchasing, submit the supplier listing and exact order details for the API purchasing flow. For goods the customer already purchased and paid for, create a Bulk Ship purchase order and choose I Already Paid so ZQ can register the inbound packages without paying the supplier again.
