Bed Bath & Beyond Acquires Two Home Services Companies in All-Stock Deal
Bed Bath & Beyond has acquired Installed Right and SFV Services, two Detroit-based home installation and renovation companies, in a transaction paid entirely in company stock. The deal adds professional installation, renovation, and construction capabilities to the retailer's Beyond Home Services platform.

Bed Bath & Beyond will issue approximately 7.2 million shares of common stock to the sellers.
The two companies generated roughly $60 million in combined revenue and $5 million in adjusted EBITDA in their most recent fiscal year.
The deal is expected to close by end of June 2026.
Q1 2026 net revenue rose approximately 7% year over year to $248 million.
Q1 operating loss improved more than 20% to $18.2 million; net loss improved about 60% to $16.4 million.
The acquisition is the latest in a series of moves by Bed Bath & Beyond to build what it calls an "Everything Home" ecosystem. Previous acquisitions include F9 Brands (Lumber Liquidators, Cabinets To Go) in April 2026 and The Container Store. The company's first co-branded Bed Bath & Beyond and Container Store location opened in Fort Worth, Texas last month.
