Can ZQ Consolidate Multiple 1688 Orders for Amazon FBA?
Yes. ZQ Solution can purchase through 1688, receive goods from multiple suppliers in Shenzhen, inspect them to an agreed scope, apply seller-provided Amazon labels, repack and consolidate cartons, provide final carton data, and send the shipment to the FBA destination specified in the seller's Amazon shipment plan.
ZQ is an official 1688 API partner. Customers using ZQ's purchasing workflow pay ZQ and do not need to open their own 1688 or Alipay account. This official API statement applies to 1688 purchasing, not to every Chinese marketplace.
Who creates the Amazon FBA shipment plan?
The Amazon seller creates or approves the shipment plan in Seller Central. That plan determines the destination fulfillment center, carton-label requirements and any product-preparation instructions. ZQ uses the seller's approved data to prepare and label the physical shipment.
ZQ does not issue Amazon FNSKU codes and does not decide the seller's product compliance. It can print and apply the labels supplied through the approved workflow.

A visible-condition inspection is not a laboratory test, certification review or guaranteed defect-elimination service. Electrical, chemical, load-bearing or other product-specific testing requires a separately defined scope.
Can the shipment go directly to FBA or first to Delft?
Both workflows are possible where the route and Amazon destination support them.
- Direct to Amazon FBA: useful when the batch is already allocated to one approved FBA shipment.
- Delft buffer stock, then FBA replenishment: useful for sellers serving Europe who want stock in the Netherlands before transferring smaller replenishment batches or fulfilling other channels.
- Hybrid: send FBA inventory to Amazon and keep a separate quantity in Delft for TikTok Shop, TEMU, webstore orders or returns.
The Delft option does not replace Amazon's receiving requirements. It adds a regional inventory and fulfillment stage.
What changes for European inventory in 2026?
Since July 1, 2026, the EU applies a temporary €3 customs duty to each tariff category in a low-value e-commerce consignment up to €150. This affects direct consumer parcels, not just IOSS shipments. Importing commercial stock in bulk to Delft follows a different customs flow, but customs duty, import VAT and importer responsibilities still apply.
International transport, import clearance, DDP and tax processing are performed by qualified logistics partners according to the selected route and buyer setup. ZQ is not a customs broker or the seller's automatic Importer of Record.

What information is needed before packing?
- The final SKU and quantity list.
- Amazon shipment-plan destination and shipment ID.
- FNSKU, carton and pallet labels generated or approved by the seller.
- Prep rules for each product.
- Battery, liquid, magnetic, oversized or other restricted-goods information.
- Carton-weight or dimension limits.
- Commercial-invoice, packing-list and customs data for review by the selected logistics partner.
Do not lock the international route until the final packed weights and dimensions are available.

Does ZQ guarantee Amazon will accept the shipment?
No provider can guarantee acceptance independent of Amazon's current rules and the seller's data. ZQ prepares the physical shipment to the approved instructions; the seller remains responsible for an accurate shipment plan and product eligibility.
Can ZQ combine non-1688 purchases too?
ZQ can receive seller-arranged purchases from Chinese suppliers and marketplaces such as Taobao, JD, Alibaba, AliExpress, Weidian, Pinduoduo and Xianyu. The official API purchasing claim applies specifically to 1688.
What happens if an item fails inspection?
The item is held for the agreed decision. A return or replacement follows the marketplace and supplier policy. For 1688, many standard items have a critical return window around seven days after receipt, but the exact listing and supplier terms control.
Can Delft receive returns?
Yes. Delft can receive returns and perform agreed inspection, relabeling, repacking or case-by-case repair. Complex electrical, painting or specialist work is quoted case by case.
