ZQ Solution supports both service models. It is a professional 1688 dropshipping agent for individual customer orders and provides China receiving, multi-supplier consolidation, freight preparation and Bulk Ship workflows for inventory moving to warehouses, Amazon FBA, 3PLs or seller facilities. Dropshipping remains a core ZQ service; Bulk Ship is an additional workflow, not a replacement.

How are the two ZQ workflows different?

A seller can use Dropship for one product and Bulk Ship for another. The same SKU can also move from order-by-order fulfillment to stocked inventory after demand becomes predictable. There is no requirement to move the seller's entire catalog at once.
What does ZQ do as a 1688 dropshipping agent?
ZQ is an authorized 1688 API partner. A customer submits the 1688 product and pays ZQ rather than opening a separate 1688 or Alipay account. ZQ places and pays for the supplier order, receives the domestic shipment in Shenzhen, performs the selected receiving or QC work, prepares the customer parcel and coordinates international dispatch. Tracking is returned to the connected order workflow.
Ordinary Dropship parcels use an applicable tax-included small-parcel route by default for most destinations. A customer who needs a special channel, such as a commercial courier route on which the recipient pays import tax, must tell ZQ before booking. Route and cargo eligibility still depend on the product and destination.
What does ZQ do for Bulk Ship and freight preparation?
For Bulk Ship, ZQ can receive goods it purchased or goods the customer already bought from one or more suppliers. The Shenzhen warehouse records the incoming supplier, order and SKU; performs the agreed checks; applies approved labels or packaging; and prepares the final cartons with actual weight, dimensions and contents. The shipment can be planned for small-batch, multi-SKU, heavy, oversized or irregular cargo, including furniture.
The selected logistics partner performs the international movement and route-specific clearance work. ZQ coordinates the process but is not a customs broker and does not automatically act as the Importer of Record. For Bulk Ship, the customer maintains the product customs name or category, declared value and HS code; the ZQ system can generate the CI, PI and CL document files after packing.
Does ZQ require the seller to hold overseas inventory?
No. A seller using Dropship can send individual orders from China without stocking an overseas warehouse. A seller using Bulk Ship is moving a batch to a destination that receives inventory. ZQ's Delft and Ontario warehouses can fulfill stock sent from China or Korea, but they are not presented as local Dutch or US purchasing operations.
Is one workflow always cheaper?
No. Dropship avoids advance destination inventory but prices each customer parcel separately. Bulk Ship can distribute international transport and destination fulfillment costs across a batch, but it requires inventory capital, final carton data and an overseas receiving plan. Packed weight, dimensions, cargo type, route, duties and destination fees determine the actual comparison.
