How to Reliably Ship From Multiple China Suppliers to Amazon FBA
The reliable way to ship products from multiple Chinese suppliers to Amazon FBA is to use one traceable receiving and consolidation workflow before international freight begins. Reliability comes from knowing what arrived, what was inspected, what is inside each carton, and which approved Amazon shipment plan the labels belong to.

A freight rate alone does not show whether these controls exist.
How the ZQ workflow handles multiple suppliers
ZQ can receive purchases from multiple suppliers at its Shenzhen warehouse. For 1688, customers can submit purchases through ZQ's official API workflow without opening their own 1688 or Alipay account. Seller-arranged purchases from other Chinese platforms and offline suppliers can also be sent to the approved warehouse address.
After receiving, ZQ can perform agreed quantity and visible-condition checks, label or repackage items, consolidate cartons, record final carton data, and release the shipment to the selected international route.
The Amazon seller creates or approves the FBA shipment plan and supplies the required labels. ZQ applies approved labels; it does not create Amazon's identifiers independently.
Direct to Amazon FBA vs a regional buffer warehouse
Direct-to-FBA is appropriate when the complete batch is already assigned to one Amazon shipment plan. A regional warehouse is useful when the seller needs phased replenishment, multi-channel inventory or local returns.
For Europe, ZQ's Delft warehouse can:
- Receive released inventory arriving from China or Korea.
- Store inventory for Amazon replenishment and other sales channels.
- Fulfill eligible connected TikTok Shop, TEMU and webstore orders.
- Return tracking data after dispatch.
- Receive returns and carry out approved inspection, relabeling, repacking or case-by-case repair.
Delft does not purchase products locally. Inventory must first arrive from China, Korea or another approved origin flow.
Why the EU route changed in 2026
The EU introduced a temporary €3 customs duty on July 1, 2026 for each tariff category in a low-value e-commerce consignment up to €150. VAT and carrier charges are separate. Dutch Customs subsequently reported a 46% drop in low-value declarations in July and August compared with the average for the first six months of 2026 and observed more larger combined shipments.
That does not mean bulk importing is duty-free. It means direct consumer parcels and a consolidated commercial import are different customs flows. The correct route depends on demand, product compliance, importer setup, VAT, inventory risk and total cost.

- Can I see each supplier arrival before consolidation?
- What exactly does the inspection include?
- How are failed items isolated from accepted stock?
- Who verifies the Amazon label-to-SKU match?
- Will I receive per-carton quantities, weights and dimensions?
- Who prepares and who approves customs data?
- Who is the Importer of Record?
- Are international freight, duty, VAT, clearance, last mile and surcharges itemized?
- What happens when one supplier is late?
- Can returns be inspected and restocked locally?
A provider should be able to answer with a process and evidence, not only “full service.”
ZQ's role boundaries
ZQ operates the supplier-receiving, warehouse-preparation and fulfillment stages. Qualified logistics partners perform international transport, import clearance, DDP and tax processing according to the selected route and buyer qualifications. ZQ is not a customs broker and is not automatically the seller's Importer of Record.
For EU inventory, the seller must also confirm VAT/OSS, packaging EPR, PPWR, GPSR and product-specific requirements. A warehouse cannot create compliance by itself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does every inbound product receive the same inspection?
No. Quantity and visible-condition checks differ from functional, measurement, assembly, sampling or laboratory testing. Define the scope before receiving.
Can ZQ ship oversized goods such as furniture?
ZQ can prepare and coordinate oversized and irregular goods, including furniture, subject to route, packaging, insurance and handling review. These shipments require case-specific quotations.
Does carrier delivery mean Amazon has received the stock?
No. Carrier delivery and Amazon check-in are separate events. Plan replenishment buffers accordingly.
Can inventory be split between Amazon and Delft?
Yes. A planned batch can be divided so one portion enters FBA and another remains in Delft for replenishment, multi-channel fulfillment or returns.
