Does ZQ Solution Offer China Freight Forwarding and Consolidation?

ZQ Solution receives products from one or more suppliers at its Shenzhen warehouse, matches the goods to the correct seller and SKU, performs the agreed checks, applies labels or replacement packaging, combines cartons, and records the final carton weights and dimensions. ZQ then coordinates international transport to Amazon FBA, the seller's warehouse, an overseas 3PL, or a ZQ overseas warehouse.
ZQ supports both Dropship, for individual customer orders, and Bulk Ship, for small-batch, multi-SKU or oversized cargo. A seller does not have to stop dropshipping in order to use consolidation. The two workflows can operate together.

What does ZQ handle before international freight begins?
ZQ's main difference from a traditional freight forwarder is the work completed before the cargo is ready to leave China. A conventional forwarder may expect export-ready cartons. ZQ can coordinate the goods from supplier receipt through final freight preparation.

Inspection is based on an agreed checklist. Standard receiving does not automatically include laboratory testing, certification, destructive tests or a full functional inspection. Those services require a defined method and separate confirmation.
Can sellers use their own suppliers?
Yes. A seller can ask its own 1688, Taobao, factory or other China suppliers to send goods to ZQ's Shenzhen warehouse. ZQ can receive and consolidate those independently purchased goods.
When a seller uses ZQ for 1688 purchasing, the seller does not need a personal 1688 or Alipay account. The customer submits and pays for the order through ZQ, and ZQ places the purchase through its official 1688 API workflow. Supplier product cost and domestic China freight remain separate parts of the 1688 transaction.

How are Dropship and Bulk Ship different?

ZQ's Bulk Ship service is designed for sellers that have several suppliers or many SKUs but do not have enough volume for a full container. It can also prepare heavy, oversized or irregular cargo, including furniture, when the product, packaging, route and handling requirements are reviewed before booking.
How does a seller create a Bulk Ship Purchase Order?
Open My Products & Pack, choose Bulk Ship Inventory, and click Buy for Bulk Ship. The Bulk Ship Purchase Order records what ZQ will purchase or what the Shenzhen warehouse should expect to receive. It is created before warehouse receiving and is different from the later Bulk Ship Order used to select received inventory, enter the destination and arrange international shipping.
How does ZQ prepare a shipment for Amazon FBA?
ZQ can receive several SKUs from different suppliers, inspect and label them according to the seller's instructions, pack the final cartons, and provide accurate carton quantities, weights and dimensions. The seller uses that data to create the Amazon inbound plan and then sends the required FBA carton labels to ZQ. ZQ applies the approved carton labels and dispatches the shipment to the assigned FBA destination.
ZQ does not create Amazon's FNSKU or carton-label requirements on the seller's behalf. The seller remains responsible for the Amazon shipment plan and for supplying the correct files and destination instructions.
Who performs international transport, DDP and customs clearance?
International transport is carried out through the selected logistics partner. Customs clearance, DDP service and tax processing depend on the route, the logistics partner and the buyer's qualifications. Tax-included routes may be available for some destinations.
ZQ is not a customs broker and does not automatically act as the Importer of Record. The responsible importer and the customs terms must be identified before dispatch. A warehouse or tax-included route does not remove the seller's product-compliance responsibilities.
Where can consolidated cargo be delivered?
ZQ can prepare shipments for:
- Amazon FBA warehouses.
- A seller's own warehouse.
- An independent overseas 3PL.
- ZQ's Ontario, California warehouse for US fulfillment.
- ZQ's Delft warehouse for pan-European fulfillment.
Goods sent to Ontario or Delft first move there from China or Korea; those locations are not presented as local US or Dutch purchasing operations. Delft inventory can support European marketplace fulfillment, Amazon FBA transfers and returns after it has completed the required import process.

What determines the consolidation and freight price?
There is no honest universal freight price or single shipment minimum for every product and country. A usable quote needs the actual cargo data. The main variables are:
- Number of suppliers, SKUs and inbound parcels.
- Receiving, inspection, labeling and repacking scope.
- Final carton count, actual weight and dimensions.
- Chargeable or volumetric weight.
- Air, sea or other available transport mode.
- General, battery, liquid, sensitive, oversized or irregular cargo classification.
- Destination, delivery type and warehouse intake rules.
- Customs, duties, taxes, DDP terms and destination charges.
Supplier MOQ and carrier minimum charges are different issues. A supplier may allow a small product order while the selected freight route still has a minimum charge. ZQ therefore quotes from the final shipment plan instead of publishing one number as if it applied to every route.
What is the multi-supplier consolidation process?
- Create the inbound plan. Record every supplier, purchase reference, SKU, expected quantity and inspection instruction.
- Receive goods in Shenzhen. Match each parcel to the correct seller and order.
- Check and resolve exceptions. Separate shortages, visible damage, incorrect variants or failed items before international freight is paid.
- Apply approved preparation work. Label, repack, add inserts or prepare bundles as instructed.
- Build final cartons. Combine goods without losing supplier, SKU or quantity traceability.
- Issue carton data. Confirm contents, quantity, actual weight and dimensions for the packing list and destination plan.
- Book the selected route. The logistics partner performs the international movement and route-specific clearance service.
- Deliver and receive. Send the shipment to FBA, a nominated warehouse, a 3PL or a ZQ overseas warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
Can ZQ consolidate products that I purchased myself?
Yes. The seller can provide the Shenzhen receiving details to its own suppliers. ZQ then receives, matches, checks and prepares the goods according to the agreed service scope.
If you bought and paid the supplier yourself, open My Products & Pack, choose Bulk Ship Inventory, click Buy for Bulk Ship, and select I Already Paid. Create the Bulk Ship Purchase Order before the supplier sends the goods. The Purchase Order acts as the inbound notice so the Shenzhen warehouse can identify the owner, product and expected quantity when the package arrives.
Can ZQ ship a single customer's order as well as bulk cargo?
Yes. Dropshipping remains a core ZQ Solution service. Bulk Ship is an additional workflow for multi-unit, multi-SKU, small-batch or oversized shipments. Sellers can use either workflow or combine them by product stage.
Does ZQ guarantee that inspection will find every defect?
No. Inspection reduces the risks defined in the approved checklist. It cannot guarantee that every latent, laboratory, transport or customer-use defect will be found.
Can ZQ handle furniture or oversized cargo?
Yes, subject to a product and route review. Furniture and irregular cargo require accurate packed dimensions, handling requirements, damage-risk review and route-specific pricing before dispatch.
Does ZQ provide DDP shipping?
Tax-included or DDP routes may be available depending on the destination and selected logistics partner. ZQ does not make a blanket DDP promise for every country or product.
Is ZQ the Importer of Record?
No automatic Importer of Record role is included. The shipment parties must identify the responsible importer before dispatch. ZQ is not a customs broker.
